Fractional Title ownership establishes 1part ownership (syndicated ownership), 2for life, of a 3debt free property 4through holding shares in the company that owns the property, giving you the 5 primary right of occupation for a period of time in direct relationship to the size of shareholding. This methodology ensures that you only pay for the periods that you utilize the accommodation.
By means of an amalgamation of properties in a specific portfolio the potential buyer is offered an options to tailor-make a holiday package for life. The buyer is offered the opportunity to acquire 3 shares in a company owning 3 exclusive properties in exclusive holiday destinations.
By owning the shares in the company the shareholder owns the property that the company owns in relation to the number of shares owned. The Estate
The Moditlo Estate and Private Game Reserve is situated in the Lowveld of the Limpopo Province of South Africa, with the Kruger National Park (45 min drive to the Orpen Gate) on the Eastern side and the Drakensberg Escarpment on the West, just 12km from Hoedspruit on the road to Klaserie.
Pristine and highly sought after Bushveld properties in the great Kruger-to-Canyons Biosphere Conservancy is becoming ever scarcer. The estate of about 4700 hectare is traversed by two seasonal rivers that provide lush riverside vegetation and beautiful indigenous trees. Still Bay, also known as the Bay of Sleeping Beauty, is situated on the South African Garden Route, 26 km from the N2 main road between Mossel Bay and Riversdale at an estuary where the Goukou River meets the Indian Ocean.
The nearest national airport is at George, 150 km from Still Bay. It has its own landing strip for small aircraft and a small fishing harbour.

The Tsitsikamma Coastal Golf Estate is situated in the heart of the pristine Tsitsikamma National Park on South Africa's famous "Garden Route". Six private companies will be formed and the above units will be organized into an offering of 3 units per investor, as follows:
Company 1 Moditlo Dunblane Still Bay

Company 4 Moditlo Dunblane Oubaai
Company 5 Moditlo Dunblane Tsitsikamma

Each company will own 3 properties, as reflected above, registered in the name of the company. Each of the above 6 companies will issue 50 shares. Each share will entitle the holder the exclusive right to occupy each one of the three properties owned by that company for one week per year on a sequential basis, in accordance with an occupation grid agreed to by the owners.
For example: You will occupy Moditlo during the 1st week of the holiday, followed directly by a week in Dunblane and the last week in Stil Bay.
Each of the properties in each portfolio will be elegantly furnished and fully equipped to exquisite standards. A luxury vehicle, capable of transporting at least 8 people, will be available to each property.
Two weeks per year will remain unsold and will be utilised for maintenance purposes.
Your share in each company, giving you a fractional ownership in 3 holiday destinations with 3 weeks utilization per year will cost you USD 100,000.

Hospitality and domestic services
Eketanga will transport you and your family and friends from OR Tambo international airport and between the above holiday locations by air in our own fixed wing airplane to the next destination (Hoedspruit, Newcastle, Port Elizabeth or George airports) and similarly from there to the next holiday destination. From the airports to your holiday estate you will be transported by means of the dedicated luxury vehicles that will be at your disposal during your stay at that location.
Eketanga will also inform you of special attractions at each location and tailor each shareholder’s holiday plan taking due cognizance of the individual preferences of the guests.
Eketanga will also take care of all your other needs such as cleaning the properties so that you arrive at spotlessly clean accommodation with clean and hygiene bedding and bathroom equipment.
Your special needs for a culinary delight will be catered for on a professional basis.
The properties will also be structurally maintained and kept so that you will not arrive with minor repairs requiring your attention, but always have hot water, and a residence that is clean, fresh and maintenance free.
Eketanga Hospitality Services will care for this, and as in the case of all commonly owned properties, a monthly levy will be charged.
